Computational and experimental support of DMLS 3D printing of metal components exposed to multi-axis fatigue loading
This project is co-financed with state support of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic under the TREND Program.
The professional goal of the project is to develop computational and experimental support for 3D printing of metal components that are exposed to multi-axis fatigue loading. Functional samples of complex and complex (multiaxial) stressed components will be designed, dimensioned, computationally assessed and experimentally verified. Everything is accompanied by the development of a special software module for the assessment of fatigue strength and component life during multiaxial fatigue.
The project is carried out in cooperation with the Regional Institute of Technology of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava.
