Turbine tightness analysis for hot state of turbine

FE analysis of stress and deformation of the turbine casing and its internal parts for hot condition of the turbine was performed. Furthermore, the tightness in individual contact interfaces was evaluated on the basis of calculated contact pressures.

Simcenter STAR-CCM+ software and Simcenter 3D software were used for the project.
